Prime Minister Edi Rama reacted harshly after his "livestream" on Instagram was interrupted and after moving to Facebook, he stated that there are times when he has what he called "his outbursts when things don't go as they should."
"That's how I am, I'm a passionate person when things don't go as they should. I have my outbursts, like those who lead a team and no goals are scored," said Rama.
