During a conversation with the citizens, Sali Berisha once again brought back the accusations against Prime Minister Edi Rama regarding his house built in the Surreli area.
According to Berisha, Rama broke the laws and lied when he said that he bought the land many times cheaper than it really costs, adding that the construction of the villa is not justified by the book that the prime minister published a few years ago.
"Edi Rama refuses to be investigated for his garages, which were built on a land that he claims he bought for $1.50, at a time when land cost a minimum of $20 in that area.
But this is only one aspect. The other obvious illegal aspect is that that land could not be bought for the purposes that Edi Rama bought it for. So, he broke the laws.
Edi Rama cannot agree to be investigated for his 57-meter long foundations, which he built when he had a total of 3,800 euros and 400,000 new lek declared in the ILDKP.
Edi Rama refuses to be investigated because there is no transparent source of how the sarajes were built. The wife stated that it was built with the money of 'Kurbani', while for 'Kurbani' there were no tax invoices, bank invoices, construction invoices", said Berisha.
