Prime Minister Edi Rama has stated that the Albanian government has begun work for the NATO Summit in Tirana.
Rama made the comments during his speech in the 'Sy m'Sy' section on his Facebook page, where he said that Albania aims to open another group of chapters with the European Union.
Rama stated, among other things, that Albania is continuing the process of negotiations for membership in the European Union at a rapid pace. According to the Prime Minister, the goal remains to open all chapters within a reasonable timeframe.
The Chief Executive also spoke about the European Political Community Summit that was recently held in Tirana, which he described as an extraordinary success, the echo of which, according to him, still continues in the corridors of European politics.
Rama also announced that work has begun on organizing the NATO Summit in Tirana, an event that, according to the prime minister, requires several years of preparation.
"The NATO inspection group in Brussels has come to analyze options and inventory our logistical and infrastructural capacities," Rama said, among other things. (A2 Televizion)
