Immediately after ERE's decision to lower the price of energy by 1 lek for people who spend less than 700 kE per month, the reaction of the head of the government Edi Rama came.
In a communication with the media, Prime Minister Rama said that the reduction in the price of energy is a consequence of the reforms undertaken and the economic growth that the country has seen in recent years.
"The decrease in the price of energy nowadays is in the opposite trend to the region and the continent where we live, where energy has increased and is threatened by other increases. Of course, this measure is well thought out, discussed with experts inside and outside, based on our plan for energy sovereignty and the return of Albania to an energy exporter within the fourth term, and of course considering the principle of sharing the fruits of the reforms with the citizens painful and of an economic growth that we predict will be 4% in 2025", said Rama.
