Former Albanian President Alfred Moisiu has raised questions about the administration of property documents and how they are abused in our country. In an interview on Andrea Danglli's "Off the Record" show on A2 CNN, Moisiu focused on the case of the "Partizani" buildings, emphasizing that the lack of documents has opened the way for abuses.
"The new justice system should be more careful, if you bring out the facts, they can't say that these things don't exist. Take the Partizani group of buildings, that was land purchased by the Italians. Now I don't know where the documents are."
"Nothing is done without documents. Even if they are not here, they are in Italy. The archives should go and get them, shut them up."
According to Moisiu, in the absence of a regular administration, the property can be sold several times, creating chaos and property insecurity: "To take it and sell it several times because the administration is not regular and cannot find the documents, this is not fair. Some things are done here that become obvious," said the former president. (A2 Televizion)
