From Vlora, the leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has promised an industrial zone as well as tax and energy reductions for small businesses. During the presentation of the candidates in this district, the leading democrat emphasized that Albania will once again double the number of olives and walnuts.
"Years ago I hosted your business representatives. They made a project for the industrial park. I guarantee that there will be a free industrial zone. I guarantee that the DP will raise the ceiling for small businesses from 140 thousand euros tax-free to 180 thousand euros. That it will divide energy by 3. That there will be soft credit lines for them. That for public areas, the tariffs will be divided by 5 times. And that this second trick, which is the same as the first and worse than the first, together with the Erions and others, will not be able to impose taxes of more than 1 percent of turnover for small businesses. Taxes, profit tax from 23, will decrease to 10 percent. VAT will decrease to 15 percent. Every farmer will be subsidized for every seedling, for every livestock, for every production unit. Albania will double the number of olives once again, it will double the walnuts."
Describing education as a priority for the DP, Berisha appealed to teachers and the administration to come out on the right side of history.
"The teacher will be placed on a pedestal. All schools will have the deepest form of digitalization. I guarantee teachers that there will be no, as these news reports reveal, that they will cut, no, we will reduce the number of students in classes and perhaps there will be a need for more teachers than there are. I appeal to teachers and administration employees, do not stand on the side of evil. Come out on the right side of history. Do not align yourself with evil because we consider you a national asset. All of you who enforce the law have and will have our greatest respect. Of course, the one who becomes a patronizer, he takes it upon himself because the law does not allow it. Morality condemns him, while the rest of you have courage, separate yourself from evil, unite with the opposition people, unite with Albania!".
The Democratic leader said that 2025 is the year of the diaspora and the salvation of Albania
"Five years without any taxes. Loans for their housing. Soft loans for their businesses. Great Albania will be the Albania of the dream of these young people, a powerful epicenter of the highest technology. We will put Albania on the fast technology train. Albania will be an example in the region. From Konispol to Vermosh, every Albanian who wants to install photovoltaic panels will install them with the help of the state and its financing and after three years will have free electricity."
