Hashim Thaçi's former advisor, Adri Nurellari, has stated that in today's meeting of the two assemblies, Albania and Kosovo, there was a 'clash of swords' between Prime Ministers Edi Rama and Albin Kurti.
Nurellari made the comments in 'Čdo Kënd' with journalist Merita Haklaj on A2 CNN, where he said that apart from the clashes between Rama and Kurti, there was also the internal political war of Albania, which according to him, was transferred to Pristina.
He also said that there were numerous discrepancies between the leaders of the Albanian and Kosovo governments, regarding important issues, such as international challenges and Kosovo's positioning in the world arena.
"If this meeting has highlighted one thing, it is a pronounced lack of national unity on the most important issues. There was inconsistency regarding issues of dialogue, there was inconsistency regarding the positioning of Kosovo in the international arena and the Euro-Atlantic integration process, there was a lack of unity regarding the positions on the main international challenges.
There was even a clash of swords. On the one hand, we have Rama who preaches to Kosovo in his home about what he will do with Serbia, showing a kind of compassion with the way he preached, then we also have Kurt who gave lectures, who said that Albania should do its part , saying 'you have not given anything to Presheva'. Then we also had the internal conflict of Albania's politics transferred there", said Nurellari, writes A2 CNN. (A2 Televizion)
