The socialist majority rejected the Democrats' request to include the election of the People's Advocate on the agenda, writes A2 CNN.
Niko Peleshi, of the SP parliamentary group, claimed that, despite the invitation, there has been no response from the opposition to sit down for dialogue, with the aim of identifying a candidacy.
There was no one from the Democrats in the hall to defend the request, but Petrit Vasili of the Freedom Party stated that the DP has publicly expressed its preference for Besim Ndregjoni's candidacy. (A2 Televizion)
