“We used emigration to return, not to stay forever.” This is how 30-year-old Enea Maxhari from Pogradec described his adventure in England.
As strange as it may seem, the fact is that Enea left England, where he worked as a barber, a few months ago to practice this profession in Pogradec.
The reasons for this decision, at a time when many young people still intend to go to England, are explained by Enea himself. "I stayed in England for 6 years and now I have been back for 6 months. The main reason is that there was only work there and no relatives, family and friends," that was the reason.
For all those who may be thinking about returning from emigration, Enea gives a message that is not emotional, but adapted to the reality and current conditions in our country. "If we work in a foreign country and are skilled, what is better than becoming skilled in our own country. However, even here I have seen that the salaries are low, but I can say for sure that here you can live better than in a foreign country," says Enea. (A2 Televizion)
