Liverpool have won their 20th Premier League title, equalling Manchester United's all-time record.
The Reds' crowning as champions of England came after a 5-1 victory over Tottenham Hotspur at Anfield.
Although a quiet evening was expected for the Reds, the excitement was heightened when Tottenham took the lead in the 12th minute. Former Liverpool striker Dominic Solanke headed home a corner from James Maddison.
However, the home side's response was immediate. Mohamed Salah assisted Dominik Szoboszlai, who passed for Luis Díaz to score easily in his 100th Premier League game.
The excitement was further heightened when Liverpool's high pressure led to a Tottenham mistake, which was exploited by Alexis Mac Allister to double the lead.
At the end of the first half, Cody Gakpo made it 3-1, leaving the Spurs unanswered.
In the second half, Salah – who had not scored in six games – scored Liverpool's fourth goal after a quick counterattack. Then, an own goal from Destiny Udogie after a cross from Trent Alexander-Arnold sealed the score at 5-1.
This historic victory not only secured Liverpool another title, but also marked their first Premier League triumph with fans in the stadium celebrating.
