Jorge Costa, former footballer and Porto captain, has passed away at the age of 53.
Porto's technical director suffered a heart attack, minutes after giving an interview this morning.
Jorge Costa was assisted by the club's doctors, who also intervened with a defibrillator, until the ambulance arrived to take him to the hospital, writes A2.
The former footballer who lifted the Champions League in 2004, when Porto was managed by Jose Mourinho, had suffered a heart attack in 2022, but then managed to survive.
