Rudi Vata, the former captain of the National Team, in a direct connection with the "Ditar" studio on A2 CNN, commented on Albania's qualifying group, where it will face England, Serbia, Latvia and Andorra.

"Interesting draw. If we want to grow as a national team, we must play with such opponents, who are important in world football. We have to be compact as a group to succeed", said Vata.

According to the former captain of the national team, playing at Wembley is good pressure.

"Of course, in the past we had bad results, but now we are more mature. We have the opportunities to do much better. England and Serbia are two teams that, in my opinion, will fight for the first place, while Albania for the second or third place. Serbia has great experience, they have players who have played consistently at high levels. For us it will be experience and playing with such opponents, you become stronger. We are in the phase of growth, we are in the phase of another football step. I wouldn't see it as a disaster if we don't qualify for the World Cup, I would see it as an experience for the future", explained Rudi Vata.

Regarding possible incidents in the match against Serbia, Vata emphasized: "Of course provocations will exist, it is a war of feelings, but the war is won with calmness and knowledge. Football is played on the field and whoever is the best wins. If we want to win in other aspects that are not related to football, then it means that we are preparing it badly. The situation like the one 10 years ago does not serve either Serbia or us".
