We all know Ballist Morina, whose real name is Ismail. He has become famous and beloved among Albanians for the incredible action of October 14, 2014, when he raised the famous drone in the stadium of Partizan in Belgrade, during the match between Serbia and the Albanian national football team.
But, it seems that the famous Red and Black fan is not satisfied with that, as he recently left a comment on the official UEFA website, which was dedicated to Serbia's qualification for EURO 2024, the content of which was considered "scandalous". ” from the Serbian media.
“Calm down rabbits, I'm here to fix your fate, don't worry about it! See you in the elimination phase!"

This is the comment left by Ballist Morina on the UEFA website, dedicated to the qualification of Serbia in "Germany 2024".
The reaction of the Serbian media "kurir.rs", which has dedicated their nightmare to the comment left by Ballist Morina on the UEFA website, was also immediate :
"SCANDAL! Provocation of Serbian hatred again: A fan of Albania insulted and belittled our people through the official account of UEFA. The qualification of the Serbian national football team in the European Championship caused a lot of attention in Albania. On UEFA's official account dedicated to EURO 2024, after Serbia officially secured a place in the big spectacle, a large number of negative comments from Albania simply 'buried' this profile.
The first to see Serbia's historic passage to the European Championship after 24 years was Ismail Morina, a familiar face to us. The man who threw a drone at the match between Serbia and Albania played on October 14, 2014 at the Humska Stadium and thus caused riots and interruption of the match. Then he fled Belgrade and only when he was outside the borders of Serbia did he boast about his crime. The drone carried the flag of the fascist creature "Greater Albania".
This time on the UEFA page on Instagram, Ismail Morina, who calls himself "Ballist Morina", has written two provocative sentences, causing an avalanche of comments from fans of Serbia and Albania.
– Calm down rabbits, I'm here to fix your destiny, don't worry about it! See you in the elimination phase! (this is the comment left by Ballist Morina on the UEFA website)
Serbian sympathizers did not remain in his debt, they responded in kind, while his announcement provoked his compatriots to continue insulting Serbs and Serbia in chorus. UEFA has not reacted, despite the provocative and intimidating comments, and has not deleted everything that was written. This kind of hysteria continued for days afterwards and videos of the burning of the Serbian flag by several dozen Albanians appeared on social networks with the message:
- We are waiting for you!
It is clear that the Albanians are preparing an atmosphere of lynching and provocations against the Serbs, learned from the experience of nine years ago. Although Albania's fans were the initiators of the incident and unpleasant scenes, their federation and national team were not punished and went unscathed to the European Championship for the first time in history.
Then UEFA officially decided Albania's fault, but punished Serbia. The match was recorded with a score of 3:0 for Serbia, but at the same time the eagles were deprived of three points, which were decisive in the final result, in an unprecedented precedent. In Albania, Serbia beat the hosts 2:0 in a packed and hostile stadium in Elbasan, with goals from Aleksandar Kolarov and Adem Ljajic.
Taking into account the great tensions on the part of the Albanians towards the Serbs and Serbia, the question arises whether UEFA should act with common sense and separate the two national teams in the draw. This will probably not happen, because officially there are no political tensions between the two countries. UEFA has previously divided Armenia and Azerbaijan, or Russia and Ukraine, into qualifiers.
Ismail Morina was arrested several times and placed under house arrest. After the incident in Belgrade, he fled to Croatia, where he was imprisoned, but official Zagreb did not hand him over to Belgrade, even though he was requested, but to Italy. In 2015, the Albanian police arrested Morina for illegal possession of weapons, but it was all a farce for the media. In Albania, Morina is seen as a national hero," the kurir.rs article says, among other things. (A2 Televizion)
