As part of the "Giro d'Italia 2025", the Municipality of Durrës has made public the map with the axes on which vehicle circulation and parking are restricted.
GIRO D'ITALIA is coming to Albania for the first time and from May 9 to 11, Durrës, Tirana and Vlora will welcome 180 professional cyclists from around the world, in a sporting spectacle that puts our country at the center of international attention.
The first stage of the historic race will start from Durrës on May 9th and for this reason there will be changes in vehicle circulation and parking, according to the following plan:

The announcement clarifies that vehicles belonging to the police, emergency services, firefighters, the Durrës Municipal Services Enterprise, the Plazh Municipal Enterprise and the Rruga Enterprise will be exempt from the regulation, which will be allowed to circulate normally.
The Municipality of Durrës underlines that in case of non-compliance with these prohibitions, the Municipal Police, in cooperation with the State Police, will intervene to remove vehicles parked in violation of the order, through the towing service, according to the legal provisions in force.
