The State Market Inspectorate in North Macedonia has conducted 82 inspections in discotheques and nightclubs, where many irregularities were identified. Out of 23 licensed establishments, 13 of them do not meet the technical requirements and may lose their licenses. In addition, 5 establishments had expired licenses.
"Out of the remaining 41, 30 of them had irregularities under the law on hotel activities. 28 decisions for misdemeanors and two closures for exceeding working hours were issued, which also implies a fine," said Government Spokesperson Marija Miteva.
Inspections continue with a broad investigation, in cooperation with other state institutions. (A2 Televizion)
