Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić has warned of the use of force against protesting students who have been blocking the Radio Television of Serbia building since Monday.
He has called on institutions to act, saying that the police may use force against those blocking the Serbian state television building.
"I call on the competent state bodies to take various measures in the coming days to protect constitutionality and legality in all matters in accordance with the Constitution and the law. In order to restore legal order, protect public order and peace, and make it completely clear that Serbia as a state functions, I ask that they do this as much as possible without the use of force. When force is necessary, in that case it should be as little as possible to resolve matters," Vučić said.
