Serbia will not become a member of NATO, it must ensure its own security, even though it is difficult, Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandar Vulin, who is sanctioned by the US, told Russian media outlet RIA Novosti.
"Serbia strictly adheres to the policy of military neutrality. This means that we will not expand our participation in any military bloc. And we will try to maintain the best relations with everyone, first of all with the countries of our neighborhood. Therefore, Serbia will not become a member of NATO," Vulin said, according to A2 CNN.
Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandar Vulin and Russian Secretary of the Security Council Sergei Shoigu met on March 22 in Moscow, and Shoigu said on that occasion that the Russian side appreciates Serbia's positions towards Russia. (A2 Televizion)
