Donald Trump's tough measure against the enrollment of foreign students at Harvard University will be discussed by ministers from the 27 member states who will meet today in the competitiveness council.
This was stated by the Polish Minister of Science and Higher Education, Marcin Kulasek, on behalf of the incoming presidency of the Council of the EU.
"Unfortunately it is a very topical issue and I am sure that the ministers will discuss it during lunch. The EU is very open to scientists from all over the world. We know that this is a very important aspect for all of us, especially in relation to the area of freedom. Europe is paying a lot of attention to this aspect and is open to scientists, not only from the United States, but from all over the world," he stressed. (A2 Televizion)
