From Russia, openly defies the European Union. Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić first received the blessing of Patriarch Kirill of the Russian Orthodox Church in Moscow before making the victim, saying he expects harsh reactions against him from the West.
"I am proud because I did not deceive anyone. Eight, nine months ago, I promised President Vladimir Putin that I would come. Give your word to keep it when it is difficult. A man keeps his word. I almost broke my word, but it was not my fault. If someone has to pay the price, it will be me, not Serbia. If they thought that I would remain silent, they should know that I will not remain silent. My answer will be serious, responsible and prepared in advance. I will tell them everything I think about the political relationship with Serbia," Vučić said.
Vučić further added that Serbia will continue its path towards the European Union. He also indicated that he will be working hard all night for his meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin, as well as with Chinese leader Xi Jinping, while among the topics is the Western Balkans.
"It's not easy to hold long talks with two of the three most important delegations in the world in one day, in four hours, so my team and I will prepare all night."
He stressed that he now feels better after the health problems he encountered during his trip to the United States of America. (A2 Televizion)
