The President of the United States of America, Donald Trump, has reacted after the election of the new Pope, Robert Francis Prevost, who will be called Leo XIV.
Trump congratulated the new Pope, writing that it is a great honor to learn that he is the first American Pope.
"Congratulations to Cardinal Robert Francis Prevost, who was just proclaimed Pope. It is a great honor to learn that he is the first American Pope.
