Indirect talks between Hamas and Israel on a ceasefire in Gaza are being blocked by Israel's desire to keep troops in the territory, two Palestinian sources familiar with the matter told AFP.
"The Doha negotiations are facing a complex obstacle and difficulty due to Israel's insistence on presenting a withdrawal map that is in fact a redeployment and repositioning map for the Israeli military and not a true withdrawal ," a source said.
