British Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer has just arrived at the White House for his meeting with President Donald Trump.
According to foreign media, an honor guard was placed at the entrance to the historic building. There was also an honor guard along the driveway leading to the doors of the West Wing, writes A2 CNN.
The US president greeted the prime minister at the door with a warm handshake, and the pair stood for several photos that were taken by staff and media.
A journalist called out to the US president: "Can a peace deal be reached in Ukraine?"
Trump replied, "Yes. We can." The two then went inside for talks inside the Oval Office.
