An unusual event occurred at the Eiffel Tower in Paris, where a fire broke out in the elevator shaft between the first and second floors of the monument.
According to police sources, the fire started in this part of the tower and fortunately, there were no injuries. Paris firefighters responded immediately after the fire was reported and managed to extinguish the flames in a short period of time.
Due to the potential danger, the authorities decided to immediately evacuate the visitors and employees who were in the tower.
