Three people were killed and 15 others were injured in a shooting between two rival gangs at an illegal car show in the US state of New Mexico.
The shooting occurred in Young Park in the city of Las Cruces, at around 10:00 p.m. local time.
"There have been no arrests or anyone arrested," but the department was looking for leads, Las Cruces Police Chief Jeremy Story said at a news conference.
“There was an altercation between two groups and that altercation escalated into gunfire,” Story said. “Several other people were also injured in the crossfire.”
About 50-60 bullet casings from pistols were found at the scene, police said, adding that the crime scene was large and about 200 people had been in the park. (A2 Televizion)
