Russia has undertaken another drone attack in Kiev, for the second night in a row, towards the Ukrainian capital.
According to the head of the military administration of Kiev, Serhiy Popko, the air defense systems of Ukraine shot down about 10 drones in Kiev and the suburbs, which fortunately did not cause injuries or damage.
Meanwhile, Russian authorities said a Ukrainian drone flying to Moscow crashed on Saturday. The Defense Ministry said the unmanned aircraft was destroyed over the Bogorodsky district on the northeastern outskirts of the capital.
Sunday's airstrikes against Ukrainian targets follow a wave of attacks the night before, with Kiev saying it had shot down 29 of 38 Iranian-made Shahed drones launched by Russia.
On Saturday, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky praised his air force for shooting down the drones, believed to be the highest number launched by Russia in more than six weeks.
