Russian troops have killed a 3-year-old girl and her mother in a playground in a Donetsk village, according to the regional prosecutor's office.
Foreign media reports that the shelling hit Kurtivka, also injuring the woman's other daughter, 15 years old, who was rushed to the hospital.
"During the invaders' attack, the family was in the playground," the Prosecution said, writes A2 CNN.
The prosecutor's office in Ukraine also said it has launched an investigation into war crimes, which have been numerous during these three years of fighting.
Sky News, where the data was obtained, cannot independently verify these reports on the battlefield.
