President Donald Trump has told US media outlet Axios that he is working on a plan to "feed the people" in Gaza.
"We want to help people. We want to help them live. We want to feed people. It's something that should have happened a long time ago," Trump reportedly said in a brief phone interview today.
The US leader sent his special envoy to the Middle East and the ambassador to Israel to Gaza today, writes A2 CNN.
As we reported, Steve Witkoff and Mike Huckabee spent five hours at a Humanitarian Foundation aid site in Gaza.
