Ukraine's air force says Russia fired 315 drones and seven missiles toward the country overnight.
According to foreign media, the figure is a slight decrease from that reported yesterday, when Ukraine said Russia launched 479 drones and 20 missiles in what it called the largest overnight bombing of the war so far.
The main direction of the attack was Kiev, the air force added, with the Odessa, Dnieper and Chernigov regions also targeted by Moscow.
It is said that out of 315 drones and seven missiles, 284 drones and all missiles were destroyed, writes A2 CNN.
Recall that Moscow launched massive attacks across Ukraine, after Kiev a few days earlier carried out several attacks deep inside Russia, targeting air infrastructure.
Despite US President Donald Trump's efforts to reach a ceasefire agreement between the two countries, it appears that the end of the war is still far away. (A2 Televizion)
