Ukrainian officials announced that their navy drones had struck two important Russian air defense systems south of the Kherson region.
Meanwhile, Russian authorities have not commented on Ukraine's use of kamikaze drones, which were launched from a platform at sea.
The attack took place near the village of Khorly, in the Kherson region, and footage of the incident was shared on social networks by Ukrainians. The Russian Pantsir-S1 air defense system has been destroyed by a kamikaze drone packed with explosives.
Defense experts have estimated that such a system has a cost of $20 million, and many such systems have been destroyed by Ukraine since the start of the war. (A2 Televizion)
