An unusual incident occurred on a private jet in Brazil when a vulture crashed into the cockpit glass, causing extensive damage and forcing the pilot to make an emergency landing. The incident happened on December 5, during a flight from Envira to Eirunepe, in the state of Amazonas.
Footage shows the dead bird stuck to the windshield as the pilot struggled to control the plane in the emergency landing.
Fortunately, no one was hurt even though the situation was far from normal. Photos after the landing showed a large hole in the plane's windshield.
"It was a miracle that they survived that situation," said the pilot after the emergency landing.
