"In support of articles 234 par. 2 and 303 par. 7 of the CPC, the Special Prosecution has proposed to the Court to hold the trial in absentia because the defendant VN is inaccessible to the justice bodies, and the conditions have been met legal from article 234 of the CPC, for filing the indictment in absentia.
