Snow has covered a large part of Kosovo's territory during the night, while temperatures have dropped significantly.
Kosovo Police has called on drivers to be careful while driving and use winter tires or chains.
"The Kosovo Police appeals to all traffic participants to be extra careful for the beginning of the winter season where atmospheric changes are present. Make sure that your vehicle's tires are changed before the start of the winter season, also their air pressure should be according to the manufacturer's recommendations, in low temperatures!", the Police announcement states.
