After the alarm issued by Ukraine, about a possible conflict in the Balkans, France has responded by trying to allay fears.
President Emmanuel Macron, during an event, was asked about the current situation in our region, specifically the recent disturbing developments in Kosovo, giving this answer: "Tensions have calmed down a bit now."
The French president hopes that the leaders of the two countries, Kosovo and Serbia, will accept the drawn up plan that helps to completely alleviate the situation and reach an agreement between the two states.
However, Macron said he is afraid of ethnic and religious conflicts taking place in different regions of the world.
"I am worried, but I am not afraid of the resumption of the conflict in Kosovo", he concluded. (A2 Televizion)
