The Kosovo Police, through a press release, announced that they have initiated procedures for the forcible removal from the territory of Kosovo of the citizen with the initials NV, who was a member of the Serbian Intelligence and Police (BIA). This person was also stripped of his Kosovo citizenship.
"The Directorate for Migration and Foreigners announces that a procedure is being conducted against the person in question based on the laws regulating this issue and in this regard, it has issued a decision for the forced removal of the person NV from the territory of the Republic of Kosovo," the announcement states.
The police have announced that until the completion of these procedures, in fulfillment of the conditions for the execution of the decision, the person in question has been detained in the Detention Center for Foreigners.
"The Kosovo Police will continue to carry out its constitutional and legal duties and implement the decisions of the country's state institutions," the announcement continues. (A2 Televizion)
