After several months of investigation, the Special Prosecutor's Office of Kosovo has today filed an indictment against the defendant DD, due to the commission of the criminal offense of "Assault on an official person", as well as the criminal offense of "Participating in a crowd that commits criminal offenses and hooliganism".
According to the indictment, the defendant on 29.05.2023, near the facility of the Municipality of Zveçan, in cooperation and coordination with other defendants of Serbian nationality from Kosovo and Serbia, through the use of violence, weapons and other strong means, have attacked and seriously threatened the soldiers of the peacekeeping mission of KFOR, and members of the Kosovo Police, causing bodily injuries and material damage.
The Special Prosecutor has asked the Court to declare the defendant guilty and to continue his detention until the end of this criminal case. (A2 Televizion)
