A member of the Kosovo Police has lost his life after allegedly being shot in Kaçanik.
According to the Police, at around 11:10 PM, authorities received information that a person was injured and in serious condition at the entrance to his building, on "Idriz Seferi" Street.
The police said that police units and the emergency team arrived at the scene, which transported the victim to the Medical Center in Kaçani. Despite efforts to provide the necessary assistance, the police member passed away, which was confirmed by doctors.
The policeman who died from gunfire is Muhamet Lika.
Police are continuing their investigations to clarify the circumstances of the incident, while there is still no information regarding the suspects or possible motives for this serious criminal act. (A2 Televizion)
