One of the most serious incidents occurred on November 29, 2023, when Liridona Ademaj was executed in a village in Pristina. Although it was staged as a robbery, it actually turned out to be a well-planned murder.
The orderer was her husband, Naim Murseli, while the bullets were fired by Granit Plava, while the intermediary between the two was Kushtrim Kokalla, Naim's cousin, writes A2 CNN.
Based on Kokalla's file and testimony, the murder of Liridona Ademaj was allegedly planned since June 2022, when the life insurance policy for Liridona, worth 3 million Swedish kronor, was paid, which Naimi would benefit from after his ex-wife's death.
On November 29, 2023, during the day, a gun worth 280 euros was purchased from Tom Dodaj, with which Liridona was killed, while the act was committed in the evening after 8:00 p.m. On the street where the murder was committed, Naimi had signaled Granit through his lights that it was them.
Granit was promised a sum of 30 thousand euros in order to carry out the murder. The most serious detail in the file is the finding that Naim Murseli had held Liridona by the arm so that she would not leave when Granit approached to fire the gun.
Granit was masked and the entire incident took place in the presence of children aged 4 and 6.
Based on the file, Murseli stated that they had marital problems, which was also confirmed by the prosecutor in the indictment.
The Basic Prosecution Office of Pristina has also cooperated with the Swedish state to clarify the motive of the incident, which it said was also the main reason for the delays in filing the indictment.
Naim Murseli, Kushtrim Kokalla, Granit Plava, and Tom Dodaj are now accused of the murder of Liridona Ademaj, with the latter not being directly implicated in the murder but only in the sale and purchase of weapons. (A2 Televizion)
