The American ambassador, Jeff Hovenier, has made his last address before leaving Kosovo. Hovenier has said that this December also marks the end of his service as US ambassador.
He thanked the people of Kosovo for their friendship and hospitality, adding that it was an honor for him to have served in the role of American diplomatic representative.
Hovenier said that it was an honor to contribute to the joint effort between the USA and Kosovo to advance and consolidate a sovereign, democratic, multi-ethnic and prosperous Kosovo.
"This December also marks the end of my service as US ambassador to Kosovo. I would like to thank the people of Kosovo for their friendship and hospitality. It has been an honor to serve in this role and to contribute to the joint effort between the USA and Kosovo to advance and consolidate a sovereign, democratic, multi-ethnic and prosperous Kosovo", said Hovenier.
In the end, the American ambassador said that he can't wait to see what the people of Kosovo will achieve in 2025 and beyond.
