On Monday morning, the 11th session for the constitution of the Kosovo Assembly began... which failed again.
There were 111 MPs present. The session began with a minute of silence in honor of Martyrs' Day. Then, a secret ballot was attempted, but PDK, LDK, Serbian List and AAK were against it, writes A2.
In this way, the proposal to establish a secret ballot committee did not pass: 56 votes in favor, one against, and no abstentions.
