It was interrupted a few minutes after the session for the constitution of the Assembly of Kosovo began. There were 106 deputies present. Also in this session, a secret ballot was attempted for the vote for the Speaker of the Assembly.
The session was interrupted because the proposal for a secret ballot was not passed. PDK, LDK, Serbian List and AAK rejected the secret ballot.
