Political parties have begun presenting their candidates for mayor of Kosovo's municipalities, for the local elections to be held on October 12, 2025.
According to reliable sources of KosovaPress, the acting Minister of Culture, Hajrulla Çeku, will be a candidate for Pristina from the ranks of the Vetëvendosje Movement.
Hajrulla Çeku was Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports during the Kurti II Government.
AAK will run with Beka Berisha, while PSD will run with Besa Shahini. While other parties have not yet made their candidacies official. Kosovapress. (A2 Televizion)
