Vetëvendosje defends itself with Konjufca, Haradinaj demands an account

Insults continue to be a key theme of the electoral campaign in Kosovo. Ramush Haradinaj from the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo is demanding accountability from Prime Minister Albin Kurti for poor governance, while the leader of the LDK, Lumir Abdixhiku, says that the people's problems are not solved with insults. The deputy leader of Vetëvendosje, Glauk Konjufca, responded to them.

"Kurti must be held accountable for everything he has done, he is not holding us accountable, he is only insulting us... I have allocated land for cemeteries to the citizens of Gjilan, he has also taken their land and they have nowhere to bury the citizens of Gjilan. The mayor of Gjilan is VV, but the people of Gjilan do not speak well of him," said Ramush Haradinaj, chairman of AAK.

"Why are you in power surrounded by escorts and convoys of cars, does not mean that electricity is cheaper in Europe and you watch how prices increase, and you watch how jobs do not open and you are deceived. Government billboards do not make family dinners. Winter bills are not covered with euphoric explosions of electoral cries. The people's troubles are not alleviated with electoral insults, and the problems of citizens from school, health, roads, salaries are not alienated by building imaginary wars", said Lumir Abdixhiku, chairman of LDK.

"Have you seen how other political parties have placed mayors on their election lists? Vetëvendosje has 6 members of municipalities. Could we have also placed them? It was very easy and everyone we ask says - no, I won't go to Parliament, I will stay. What is this deception? This is like ordering flour and getting chaff," said Glauk Konjufca, Vice-President of VV. (A2 Televizion)
