The former president appeared alongside his collaborators in the Freedom Party, without his main ally Sali Berisha. This is because once again the opposition was absent from the celebrations, as it remains loyal to November 28 as well as the country's Liberation Day.
Meta placed a wreath of flowers at the Mother Albania monument and paid tribute to the Martyrs of the Motherland, without making any statement to the media, unlike Berisha yesterday who swore in front of Ismail Qemali's memorial that "they will pack Rama in Belgrade". (A2 Televizion)
