Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha will not appear before SPAK on February 3rd in accordance with the "obligation to appear" measure.
A2 CNN learns that SPAK has approved Berisha's request not to appear, motivated by a commitment in Germany.
The request was filed by the former prime minister's lawyers and was approved today by the prosecutors in the case.
On January 20, Sali Berisha went to SPAK for the second time, where he appeared in compliance with the security measure "obligation to appear", while dozens of supporters gathered in front of the glass building.
The visit of the leader of the Democratic Party lasted a few minutes and upon leaving, he revealed that he had left them a "postcard".
"The criminal organization of the party's Scrap, engaged in the fight against pluralism and the opposition, led by Altin Lala, will end, it will have the same end that all the tools of dictatorship have had at all times," said Berisha.
He accused the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, of not investigating the files, referring to the Toyota Yaris case, for which he also showed several wiretaps among the accused. Therefore, from today, Berisha said, the head of SPAK should be called Altin Lala, associating him with Ymer Lala, writes A2 CNN. (A2 Televizion)
