The Special Court has signed another search warrant in connection with the investigation launched against Mayor Erion Veliaj and his family members.
At the request of prosecutors Altin Dumani and Olsi Dado, the court has allowed the search of an apartment near the "Harabel" center in the former Blloku area, an environment that was allegedly used by the mayor's family members.
The court decision was executed this morning by BKH agents, who have administered documents or valuable electronic equipment for the investigation in this apartment.
The court allowed the search to be conducted for the purpose of discovering, administering, and seizing evidence related to the criminal offense, including documentary and electronic evidence, electronic devices, cell phones, laptops, or personal computers.
