Starting today, users of the e-Albania platform will be assisted in real time by Diella, the new virtual assistant 2.0, which will provide voice and visual answers, in simple and natural language, to questions that will be addressed on the platform. The news was announced by Prime Minister Edi Rama on his Facebook page.
"Good morning and Happy Sunday, your Zadrimo assistant who has just emerged from the AKSHI Artificial Intelligence incubator and for several months will be ready not only to assist you during your interaction with the e-Albania platform but also to perform services for you with a single prayer, I wish you the most peaceful Sunday possible," the head of government writes.
The e-Albania Sun, created through innovative technologies, Azure OpenAI and the latest artificial intelligence models from Microsoft, facilitates and accelerates the provision of services on the platform.
The avatar appears dressed in one of the most distinctive traditional Albanian costumes, that of the Zadrima area.
After logging into the e-Albania platform and displaying the Virtual Assistant, you can address the latter with a voice message for the electronic service you are requesting. The Assistant processes the request even when the citizen or business does not know the exact name of the service, receives information from the public institution and provides an answer at any time, 24/7.
Virtual Assistant 2.0 comes a year after the launch of the first virtual assistant 1.0, which recorded more than 1 million questions/answers, which also helped create the new virtual assistant in an improved version.
