Two fires continue to be active in the Korça region, namely in the villages of Dishnicë in the Korça Municipality and Strelcë in the Maliq Municipality. Both cases are occurring with low intensity and are under constant control by firefighting, military and forestry services.
In Dishnica, the fire is being extinguished, with extensive involvement of forces and vehicles, while in Strelca only the northern hearth remains active. A total of 143 forces and 10 operational vehicles have been engaged.
The Prefecture of Korça District announces that it continues to remain on high alert, in cooperation with all relevant structures for the management and complete extinguishing of fires.
