"Extraordinary disaster", residents show damage from fires

The fires continue in the village of Kopacez, where the situation remains difficult despite air and ground intervention.

Firefighters are working to contain the spread of the fire, while smoke and wind make the terrain dangerous, writes A2.

Residents of the area describe the damage, describing the fire as a catastrophe for them: "Everything has burned down, only the roof is left. Today we will sleep in the open. We have neither water nor electricity... Extraordinary disaster. Colossal material damage, while 2-3 people have also been injured. The damage is incalculable."

Meanwhile, firefighters are battling a fire that started yesterday in Sevaster. The flames, fanned by strong winds, initially spread to the village of Smokthinë and then advanced towards the Matogjini area.

Currently, the fire is approaching residential areas and poses a danger to residents.
