Four water supply companies, Fier, Lezha, Vlora and Durrësi, have applied to the Water Regulatory Authority to change the tariffs. The companies that supply the citizens in 12 municipalities have argued the demands with the need for investments and repayment of debts.
For three companies, Fier, Vlora and Lezha, ERRU has requested additional documentation, while for Durrës a decision may be given soon.
Earlier, the companies of Shkodra, Berat and Elbasan, which cover a total of 16 cities, recently applied to ERRU for a tariff change, but their request was rejected due to non-fulfillment of the conditions. (A2 Televizion)
