As he declared from the court of the assembly, Sali Berisha refused to go to court to be questioned by judicial police officers, considering it an unconstitutional process.

On the other hand, on the same day the Special Appeal is expected to examine the appeals made by both Berisha and his son-in-law Jamarbër Malltezi, who has been remanded in prison for this case.

Berisha's lawyers have requested the declaration of the loss of the power of the first measure of obligation to appear, precisely because according to them, it was not implemented within 48 hours referring to the Code of Criminal Procedure.
